By accessing our site, calling or texting one of our business numbers, requesting an estimate, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Our Services
Evins Construction is a licensed general contractor providing residential construction and remodeling services, including full home remodels, additions, new construction, and kitchen and bathroom renovations, along with products sold through our online store. Construction services are governed by the written estimate and contract for your specific project, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
4. Estimates and Project Work
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on the agreed scope of work. Changes to scope, site conditions, or materials may affect price and schedule and will be documented in writing. All construction work is performed under the licenses and insurance required by the State of Florida.
5. Calls, Voicemail, and Text Messages
When you call one of our business numbers, the call is logged: the numbers involved, the date, time, and duration, and the caller name and city the phone network supplies. We do not record telephone conversations. If that ever changes, you will hear a notice at the start of the call and may end the call or ask us not to record before continuing. If you leave a voicemail, it is stored and transcribed so we can return it.
By providing your phone number on one of our forms and submitting it, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your inquiry, quote, and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. 6. Video Consultations
A video consultation is recorded only if every participant agrees when asked at the start of the meeting. You may decline, and the consultation continues without recording. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are used to prepare your estimate and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Automated Screening of Inquiries
Inquiries sent through our forms are screened by automated tools, including an AI model, to sort genuine project inquiries from spam and sales pitches. Screening labels a message for our review and never discards it.
8. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Online store orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before products ship. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier, and availability. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. See our Shipping Policy for details.
10. Returns and Refunds
Products purchased through our online store may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and Refund Policy.
11. Warranty
Products sold through our store carry the limited warranty, if any, described in their product documentation or provided by the manufacturer. Construction work is warranted as set out in the written contract for your project. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications.

15. Disclaimers
